  • Irregularity handling (hotel accommodations, meal vouchers)
  • Special needs passengers assistance (unaccompanied minors, limited-mobility passengers)
  • Lost and found service

Equipment

At Handlex, we stay on the cutting edge when it comes to equipment. Our state-of-the-art fleet management plan enables us to constantly maintain and renew equipment. Our team of highly qualified mechanics perform ongoing verifications and monitoring of all of our pieces of equipment to ensure that every item is in top condition.

Cabin grooming

Handlex employees take great pride in the cleanliness of the aircrafts they service. The services offered by the cabin cleaning department are:

  • Turnaround cleaning of the cabin (approx. 35 minutes)
  • Overnight cleaning of the cabin (approx. 2 hours)
  • Deep grooming (approx. 7 hours)
  • Exterior cleaning of the aircraft (approx. 10 hours)

Our team has over 10 years of experience in cabin grooming and their expertise allows them to provide services to a wide range of aircrafts.
