Jean-Luc Paiement brings over 35 years’ national and international experience in the transportation industry to his role as president and CEO. His airline industry background includes experience in leadership, operations, administration, training and project management. His expertise extends to the following areas: customer service, logistics & cargo, airport relocation, mergers, change management, and human resources.

Throughout his career, his focus has been on customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution, productivity improvement, and communication at all levels, both internally and externally. These are the key drivers in turning Handlex into Canada’s #1 ground-services provider.
