The company has made certain that processes and procedures have been developed to ensure we reach our goal. Our safety management plan containing documented processes, clearly defined responsibilities, training, and safety oversight procedures, form the significant elements of a system for human and organizational risk management.

Processes include ensuring that all personnel are trained and competent to perform their duties and that they are aware of their responsibilities and have a thorough understanding of safety. A proactive internal non-punitive reporting system is established to involve all personnel in the identification of hazards and safety risks.
